Positive, Centrally located in Città Alta, this place is a gem! My room was clean and cozy with great natural light. I appreciated the snacks and tea in the room. Giovanna is a fantastic host with awesome local tips 😊

Beb San Lorenzo is such a charming place nestled in Città Alta. The large double room was perfectly comfortable, and the clean, tastefully refurbished interiors. Giovanna was attentive and gave us perfect directions for check-in, seamless. The location is just a few meters from Piazza Vecchia.

The location was super, relatively near Bergamo Cathedral. It was located in a lovely area near the center of the Citta Alta, which is a great place to be, a regular Cafe on one of the main squers and the sightseeing, a fabulous base for me.

Consider requesting a room with a balcony for a lovely view of the cobblestone streets and to enjoy breakfast outside.

I found the check-out process stressful due to confusion over payment methods. Despite the room's charm, the shower was inconsistent and took too long to heat up. Communication could be improved, especially during late hours with WhatsApp messages.

The clean, quiet room had a view overlooking the cobblestone streets. Although the check-in was seamless, I encountered issues regarding room assignment. Although Giovanna addressed the air conditioning problem promptly after messaging her, it was disappointing that she didn't acknowledge the room mix-up until I asked. To add to the stress, I faced confusion over payment methods at checkout, which Giovanna insisted be cash instead of the card method previously confirmed. I look forward to visiting again but hope for smoother logistics next time.

The intimate atmosphere of the BnB was good. The breakfast options were fresh and varied, great to start our mornings with something new each day. I particularly loved the beautiful city view from our room, which enhanced our stay in this historic area.

I did experience a slight miscommunication regarding the check-out process that could be improved.
